normal operating days & times
we try to only work on weekdays (Monday to Friday) but you might also catch us on a Saturday (and even Sunday at peak times of the year). We also try to only work between 09:00 and 18:00 but we are often in the office earlier and nearly always there later! If we are not in or too busy to take your call you will probably get put through to our answering service - we will try to get back to you as soon as possible, normally within the next working day

finding us
by road from London: take the A3 out of London and continue down to the turn-off to Esher (A244). Follow this road (Copsem Lane/Claremont Lane) north through Esher town and across High Street into Church Street. Turn left into Lammas Lane towards Walton-on-Thames (A244) along the dual carriageway. Turn right into Molesey Road at the large roundabout, under the railway bridge at Hersham Station, and Alfa House is 400 metres on the right (immediately after the entrance to Esher Rugby Club on the left)
by road from Hampton Court Bridge: cross south over the bridge from the Hampton Court Palace side and take the second right, immediately after the pedestrian traffic lights (into Creek Road and then Bridge Road). At the Police Station mini-roundabout turn right into Walton Road. After passing through East and West Molesey this road becomes Molesey Road. Head for Hersham and Alfa House is on the left approximately 400 metres before the railway bridge at Hersham Station (and immediately before the entrance to Esher Rugby Club on the right)
by train & foot: Hersham Station is on the London Waterloo - Woking line. Trains run approximately every 30 minutes, journey time 25 minutes. On leaving the station, turn right under the bridge. The 400 metre walk from the station (down Molesey Road towards East & West Molesey) takes less than five minutes. Taxis are not readily available at Hersham station.
